什么是PUB？
The public house（pub）as we know it today， is really an invention of the 18th century. Before then， there were alehouses that sold beer brewed on the premises often by women， known as alewives or brewsters.More salubrious were inns， much larger establishments， which might offer food， stabling for horses， and a variety of dining and meeting rooms.

下午茶 Linner/Dunch
周末或放假的时候，很多人都会把早餐和午餐合在一起吃，于是就有了brunch这个词。如今，喜欢在下午活动的人们又创造了两个词linner和dunch，告诉我们“下午茶”原来还可以这么说。
Linner or dunch refers to a small meal between lunch and dinner in the late afternoon or early evening（about 3-5 p. m.），usually including tea or coffee with cookies， sometimes fruits， a salad or a light sandwich.These two words are both a blend of lunch and dinner， probably in imitation of brunch.
“午晚餐/下午茶”（linner或dunch）指在午餐后、晚餐前的时间享用的餐点，一般在下午三点到五点之间，餐点通常包括茶或咖啡配甜饼，有时配有水果、沙拉或者一份清淡口味的三明治。Linner和dunch这两个单词都是lunch（午餐）和dinner（晚餐）两个词的不同组合形式，大概与brunch的构成形式类似（为breakfast和lunch的合成形式）。

How to pay your bill at restaurant？在饭馆如何结账？
Ask the waiter brings the bill in a black plastic folder. You will want to review it first to make sure you are charged for exactly what you ordered.
叫服务员拿来放在一个塑料夹里的账单。你会查看一遍，确保账单准确无误。
If paying by cash， simply leave the cash on the envelope， with some money just slightly sticking out， this will indicate to the waiter that you have paid. If you don't require change simply say“no change please”.If you require only$5，and want to leave the rest as tip， simply say“only$5，back please.”
如果以现金结账，只需把现金放在文件夹里，现金稍微露出，表明要付的账单。如果需要找回零钱，说“请找零钱”。如果需要5美元零头，其余的零钱算作小费，就说“只需找5美元。”
If paying with credit card， leave the credit card in that black folder they bring with. The credit card just sticks out a little.They will take the black folder along with your credit card， they will run it through the machine， and bring you back a copy to sign.
