如何接听电话

接到对方电话时,如果你不愿主动自报家门,也不要马上问“Who is speaking,please(请问您是哪一位)?”因为这样显得比较无礼。最好是等对方说出自己是谁,想找谁听电话——“This is A.May I speak to B?”如果是B本人接电话,则可说“Speaking.”或“This is he /she.(我就是。)”如果听出对方是亲近的人,则可以说“It s me.”更显随和。如果不是B本人接电话,则可以对B说“It s for you.(是你的电话。)”

关于商标和商标权

商标(trademark)是厂牌的图案化,一种商品的牌子只有图案化为商标后才能按照商标法进行注册和受到法律保护。如果企业能够树立自己产品商标的信誉,就可以有力地促进产品的销售。

商标权是一种独占使用权,或一种专用权(Exclusive right)。一方面,只有商标权人才能在核定的商品上有使用这种商标的权利;另一方面,禁止他人在同类商品上使用这种商标。如果未经商标权人允许而使用,则属于侵犯商标权。商标权人有权向法院或有关部门控告侵权人,得到法律上的保护。
