Elaine:You should watch your intake of fat,sugar and calories. Normally we need 2,000 calories per day.Let's take a look at your food:a cheeseburger has about 400 calories;a large soda has about 200 calories;those steaks have at least 800 calories.

Anna:For this meal,I have got 1400 calories already. So I can only have 900 calories for the dinner.

Elaine:No. your breakfast also provides you hundreds of calories.The cream and sugar in your coffee also give you a lot of calories.And you put too much dressing on your steaks.You not only watch the number of calories but also the amount of fat and sugar you have every day.

Anna:How can I deal with this problem?

Elaine:Well,remember to eat food that's high in fiber,and low in fat and sugar.
