Stone: This is your seat, Mr. Lee. Sit down, please.

Lee: Thank you, Mr. Stone. I'm really a bit nervous now. I know nothingof your table manners. It would be in bad taste for a guest to makeblunders.

Stone: Don't worry, Mr. Lee. As for table manners, one rule is that you canobserve others. And make yourself at home. Actually, it's simple. Keepthe knife in your right hand, fork in your left hand. Use the knife to cut,the fork to take the food, you will get used to it.

Lee: Ok, I see.

Stone: We usually eat an appetizer at first, then eat main dishes, and drinkor wine, then eat some fruits or dessert at last.

Lee: Ok, thank you.

Stone: Mr. Lee, which do you prefer, Brandy, Whiskey or Red Wine?

Lee: Brandy is too strong for me. I would like some whisky, please.

Stone: Well, what do you say in Chinese for “Bottoms up”

Lee: We say“Gan Bei”.

Stone: Well, Mr. Lee, to your health and success in business. “Gan Bei!”

Lee: And to yours. Cheers!The food is delicious, especially the beef steakand the smashed potatoes,Stone: We’re glad you like it.

就座(Seating):

就餐(Eating):
