（Dining Etiquette）西方人用餐非常重视礼仪，用餐可享受两种美学：美食与交谈。西餐，口感精致的食物，香醇的红酒（red wine），优雅自信的言谈。
就座（Seating）：
1.客人(guest) 一般由主人（host）引领入座。
2.最好由男伴护送女士先入座，而不是男的自己抢先入座。
就餐（Eating）：
1.开始用餐前，最好熟悉一下餐桌的布置（table settings）（碟盘、银餐具）。注意，你左手边上的碟盘（放面包，黄油，甜品）是你的，右手边上的饮品是你的。用错邻座的餐具或杯子是非常令人难堪的。
