文中出现了“throw my sadness away”，意思是“抛开（忘却）悲伤”（discard something because no longer needed），比如：I threw the alarm clock away because it had stopped working.我把闹钟丢掉因为它已经停止操作了。另有“throw out”是“清除掉”的意思，比如：I threw out all my old clothes to make some space in my wardrobe.我把旧衣服清除掉，这样我的衣橱就会有些空位。还有“throw over”（get rid of），意思是“不理会”（abandon），比如：She threw over her friends in difficulties.她对有困难的朋友袖手旁观。
