Let me make an explanation first：…Please use this special fishing rod and later I will tell you what's special on it…And you，please use this ordinary one.There're two big pots in front of you two，each contains 10 fish.Later you two will have a competition of fishing in one minute and we'll see who can get more fish？One，two，Start！

这档节目的设计是使“软新闻”节目“知识+娱乐”化的定位。从实训过程中的表现来看，有几点是值得学习的。
第一点，主播的“直奔主题”。这在有限的节目时间内是非常重要的，因为既要介绍“skill（技巧）”里涵盖的指示，还要通过“互动”方式使得“skill”（技巧）得到“身体力行”的认识。因此，主播的“话语式”或“口播式”介绍不宜太多。这一点，本档节目的掌控基本是到位的。
第二点，“互动”环节的掌控比较有层次，即：安排嘉宾一个“skill”（技巧）一个“skill”（技巧）地尝试。即使节目的内容一层层地展开，有令互动嘉宾和受众一直保持对下一个“skill”（技巧）的好奇心与兴趣，进而，使得节目具有引人入胜的“环环相扣”效果。
第三点，这档节目的设计把“fishing skill”（钓鱼技巧）与我们中国文化中令大家津津乐道的姜太公“愿者上钩”所具有的哲学理念巧妙地融到节目当中，是很符合对外广播的期待的，因此，可以说，因为有了主播的这一句简洁的、看似“不经意”的一句带过，实际上完成了对外广播要求的“画龙点睛”之笔。
笔者在观看这档节目在实训中的呈现时，对其整体的设计与呈现方式还是较满意的。但是，这档节目毕竟是属于“软新闻”分类的，所以，在内容的选择和设计上，如果再突出一下其具有的“新闻点”，就会显得更完善了。

就这档节目的内容选择与设计，如果放进笔者的主观映象当中来设计的话，认为凸显这样几个点的话，就会更符合“软新闻”当中的“社教类”节目里的“知识+娱乐”的要求了。
首先，是节目的立意问题。这档节目的内容为“Fishing Skill”（钓鱼技巧），虽然节目通过主播提到了“姜太公钓鱼”的典故，如果再把这一典故通过小片的形式，将其背景、主人公的生平精炼地介绍一下的话，就会为节后的后续展开埋下了“伏笔”，实际上，也是建构了本节目的“脊骨”。
其次，在有了“脊骨”后，就是该如何使节目的内容既丰富又具启发意义了。如果通过节目的内容展开而把其对今天现实生活中人们的生存哲学的联系和启发紧密结合起来的话，就会更具传播我们中国传统文化精髓的意义了。这种联系，可以在与嘉宾“互动”的环节中体现，不需要主持人“一本正经”地提出，而是在嘉宾努力把鱼“钓”到而又几次失败的时候，说上“还是姜太公的‘愿者上钩’深刻啊！在我们实际的生活里，还真是需要‘随缘’的境界哦！呵呵！”
最后，在与嘉宾“互动”的环节结束后，节目的时间也就接近尾声了。对于“软新闻”的“社教类”形式的节目的结束语部分，是一定不能马虎的。因为只有这部分的口播是要达到“锦上添花”的，而且还需要极为自然的话语和直白的概括，也就是把话说到普普通通的受众的心里。尤其是像这档节目已经安排了现场观众参与的互动，这就需要使口播内容与现场互动嘉宾和看节目的受众听了之后，不仅共鸣，而且能从心底感叹道：生活就是如此啊！
